Marianne Urth's upcoming show at Fern Street Gallery is sure to bring an unexpected gust of colour. 

"I am a sailor and I love the ocean.  The wind and the waves never cease to fascinate me, how easily a flat calm sea can turn into a storm sometimes completely out of the blue.  Sailing requires alertness, fed by a constant dose of adrenaline which makes you feel alive.  That feeling of happiness and motivation is what I want to convey in my paintings"
