Two Points of View

Tuesday, 10 December, 2019
to Sunday, 22 December, 2019

A shared passion for art, but very different styles and techniques. This exhibition showcases the work of two emerging artists who have been friends for several years and painting for even longer.

Gerri Kafer is an Illawarra based artist and her background is in Graphic and Interior Design. This is evident in her paintings with the use of colour, pattern and design. Gerri loves landscapes, the freedom that a palette knife gives her and the use of bright clear colours which are her defining mark. Gerri’s florals are drawn from her graphic background, with bold colours and even bolder outlines.

Rhonda Turnbull is a Sydney based artist. She works from a studio in her home and finds inspiration in experimentation with different mediums, techniques and textures. Her style can vary and often integrates a need for chaos and a desire for control over detail. Rhonda loves quirky still-life, abstracting landscapes and creating interesting abstract floral compositions.

Open 10am-4pm daily
